Return
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Non‑Refundable Items
Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect case, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue by Instagram. We will prioritize sending you a replacement or a full refund.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original delivery fees are non‑refundable.
